Bio
Yasmin is devoted to providing compassionate and honest representation from the initial consult to final results. Yasmin has been with Eskew Law since her admission to the Indiana Bar, and is dedicated to family law-related matters including divorce, paternity, post-decree modifications, premarital agreements, stepparent adoptions, protective orders, and name changes. Yasmin’s philosophy in practice is to prioritize sensible and creative solutions to family law issues. She relishes the opportunity to guide her clients to discover empowerment by taking charge of their own final agreements through negotiation. Yasmin is prepared to effectively advocate for her clients in the courtroom when agreements are truly not possible.
Yasmin speaks both English and Spanish and believes language connection is foundational to bridging the gap in fair representation for all litigants. Yasmin also serves a private and volunteer Guardian ad Litem and is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association. Yasmin was nominated to Super Lawyers as a 2025 Rising Star.
When not in the office or courtroom, Yasmin can probably be found at a live music event, teaching or taking a yoga class, or planning her next trip to the places on her bucket list, including each of America’s National Parks.
