Cassie Coleman

-Associate Attorney
Bio

Cassie Coleman is Eskew Law’s newest criminal defense attorney. Cassie graduated from high school in 2018 and attended college at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. While obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Cassie found a passion for the criminal justice system through the Ohio Innocence Project.

Through the Ohio Innocence Project, Cassie learned of the many shortfalls of the criminal justice system. Especially, the need for every individual to receive proper representation through all criminal proceedings. Cassie quickly picked up a double major pairing her Psychology degree with a Sociology Pre-Law Degree.

After graduating college, Cassie chose to pursue her passion for Criminal Law by attending the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Downtown Indianapolis. During her second year of law school, Cassie became a criminal legal intern with Eskew Law in 2024. While interning at Eskew Law, Cassie drafted motions to address evidentiary issues, drafted expungement petitions, and conducted supervised court hearings for level 6 Felony and Misdemeanor cases. Cassie graduated Cum Laura from Law School in May of 2025. In October of 2025, Cassie passed the Bar Exam and was admitted into practice.

After becoming a Criminal Attorney, Cassie handles level 6 Felony and Misdemeanor cases, violations of probations, expungement cases, and registry related cases. Cassie is committed to utilizing her passion for the criminal justice system to ensure each client receives proper advocacy, fairness, and justice.
