Our downtown law Firm is looking for a full-time receptionist. The job requires a cheerful and outgoing personality with a desire to help all types of people with all types of problems. Professional appearance is required. Duties include answering multiple phone lines, routing calls, greeting clients, knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word, Spanish is helpful; hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 to 5:00.
