What you’ll find here in our resources for Indianapolis parents are the most common documents needed in Family Law cases. Not every document is required in every case, and there will need to be legal work done in every case outside these basic documents. What you’ll not find here are generic petitions or “checkbox” settlement agreements. In every case, you should consult an attorney before submission of any documents to the court. Please feel free to use these even if you’re not our client.
They’re offered free to you in the hopes that they somehow reduce conflict in your case or assist you in better understanding what is going on. In any event, if you do have questions, please give us a call and schedule a consultation with one of our family law attorneys.
